Explore History! Discover the magic that has drawn people to Madeline Island’s legendary shores for centuries at the Madeline Island Museum (Wisconsin State Historic Site). Open daily 10am to 5pm (til’7pm Wednesday).

Experience early life on Madeline Island! The island’s story is told through an historical village and Veterans’ Honor Garden at the Madeline Island Heritage Center. The buildings and their contents reflect life on the island from late 19th to early 20th century. Open Thursday thru Saturday, 11am to 3pm.

FREE Guided Madeline Island Walking Tour of  Downtown La Pointe
Monday thru Friday (No tour on 7/4) @ 11am.Click here for information. Tour is appropriate for kids & adults. Dogs Welcome!
